Leave Policy

Askari Cadet College Kallar Kahar is a full-time residential institution where leave is considered a privilege and not a right. Cadets are expected to maintain regular attendance and remain committed to academic and disciplinary responsibilities.

Attendance Requirements

• Cadets must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to qualify for board examinations.
• Cadets with attendance below the required percentage may be reviewed by the administration on academic and disciplinary grounds.
• Cadets having attendance below 65% shall not be considered eligible under any circumstances.

Absence Regulations

• Continuous absence for 10 days will place the cadet on the Red Attendance List.
• Continuous absence for 14 days or more may result in Struck Off Strength (SOS).
• Re-admission after SOS will only be considered after completion of proper formalities.
• Clearance of all pending dues is mandatory before issuance of official documents.

The Principal reserves the authority to review and implement all leave-related matters according to institutional policy.
